DENSOLID®-FK2

DENSOLID®-FK2 is a two-component airless hot spray polyurethane coating ideal for long-term corrosion protection of steel pipes, fittings and tanks laid in the ground and for repairing damage to factory coatings. DENSOLID®-FK2 is also suitable for particularly demanding requirements at earth-to-air pipe crossings. The material is applied without a primer directly to the steel surface or activated factory coating. The application of DENSOLID®-FK2 requires significantly less time than traditional repair systems (hot melt bars, repair patches).

  • For operating temperatures up to +80 °C (+176 °F)

  • The optimum balance of flexibility and hardness

Corrosion-resistant polyurethane coating

DENSOLID®-FK2 C

DENSOLID®-FK2 C is a polyurethane coating for long-term corrosion protection, which is applied by brushing for the corrosion protection of reinforcement and fittings in the ground and for the repair of corrosion protection coatings made of PE, PP, PU and epoxy.

  • The dual-compartment cartridges come with 2 colours (black and white) for 2-step application

DENSOLID®-HDD is a two-component polyurethane coating for long-term corrosion protection of welds in pipes and pipelines laid using the HDD or (rocket) plough method (trenchless).

DENSOLID®-TLC is a two-component, fast-curing polyurethane coating for long-term corrosion protection of welds on pipes laid using the hammer-pressed method. DENSOLID®-TLC is injected directly from a two-chamber cartridge in one pass into a special formwork system, which ensures the required layer thickness over a large area of coating.The formwork system ensures a high surface quality and protects the coating surface from weathering.
