The welding process complies with EN ISO 3834-2, confirmed by the independent certification body TÜV AUSTRIA SERVICES GMBH.

It is thanks to the quality of its products UKRTRUBOIZOL has gained authority in the insulated pipe market in Ukraine, the CIS and Europe. Since its foundation and to this day, the company has held a leading position in the market for anti-corrosion insulation of steel pipes with diameters ranging from 25 to 1420 mm. And every day we improve our technologies to reach new, higher levels of quality.
Founded on 27 August 2000 in the city of Dnipropetrovs’k, the company has grown from a specialized production facility to a leader in the field of anti-corrosion insulation of steel pipes (Ø25 – Ø1420 mm).
Today UKRTRUBOIZOL is a full-cycle pipe production company that manufactures, processes, insulates and supplies pipe products for utility networks, energy, construction and industry. We are the only pipe center where the customer receives a full range of services:
Since its inception, UKRTRUBOIZOL has not only adopted the world’s best practices but also created original technologies. From the very first steps, the company developed its own know-how. These include an original technology for the combined application of two layers of insulation, a rolling system using compressed air, and induction furnaces, where pipes are heated by industrial frequency currents and cooled by air.
At present, the research and production enterprise is the developer and owner of three Technical Specifications for pipe insulation (two for the outer coating with extruded polyethylene and one for the inner epoxy coating).
UKRTRUBOIZOL has developed a unique technological process that produces a polyethylene coating with a virtually monolithic structure. Due to the high strength and high adhesive properties of the polyethylene used in it, this coating is almost not damaged during transportation and installation, which greatly facilitates and shortens the construction process.
Another advantage of this coating is that the polyethylene used in its manufacture is highly inert, which prevents moisture absorption by the coating and its destruction under the influence of unfavorable environmental factors (groundwater, salts, etc.).
This is the main criterion when choosing our products – a high level of quality of the protective coating.
