Our company was founded in 2000 in Dnipropetrovs’k. The idea of Ukrtruboizol LLC was to create an enterprise capable of producing high-quality insulation of steel pipes. At that time, no one in Ukraine was engaged in reinforced insulation of steel pipes based on extruded polyethylene, there were no domestic technologies in this area and no relevant equipment. The company was an innovator in our country, mastering new production technologies in its industry and successfully implementing them.

Highlyenhanced insulation of steel pipes is required when laying underground, above-ground and underwater oil, gas and water pipelines. The well-protected metal resists pressure and temperature drops, friction and mechanical stress. Steel is protected from rust and fungus by coating the outer and, if necessary, the inner surface of pipes with specially developed polymer coatings.
