In addition, throughout the entire operation of pipelines, it is necessary to periodically conduct hydraulic testing of pipelines, which is a very important point, given the seriousness of the threat to human life and health, as well as the environment, which may arise in the event of pipe malfunctions or in the event of pipeline emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>Hydraulic pressure testing of pipelines is mandatory in the following cases, regardless of the type of communication<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<li>In the manufacture of pipes, it is necessary to check their quality and reliability along with the quality and reliability of other pipeline components;<\/li>\n<li>After the pipes are installed, appropriate tests are carried out to verify the performance of the communications;<\/li>\n<li>It is also recommended to periodically test pipelines throughout their service life as a preventive measure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hydraulic testing of pipelines helps to identify whether there are any inconsistencies between pipes and their elements and the quality standards established by law. The test procedure usually includes several essential points. To determine the quality of pipes using the hydraulic test method, extreme operating conditions are artificially created in order to determine the reliability of the pipeline as accurately as possible.
