SPE “Ukrtruboizol” insulates pipes Ø 32 – 1420 mm with 2 and 3-layer coatings based on extruded polyethylene and polypropylene, and also insulates with polyurethane (pipes Ø 219 – 1420 mm).

The inner surface of pipes with a diameter of Ø 57 – 1720 mm is insulated with epoxy anticorrosive and smooth coatings.

Since 2009 SPE” Ukrtruboizol” has been carrying out comprehensive work on the inspection and restoration of pipes Ø 57 – 1420 mm, which were in operation – incoming inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting, repair (welding, surfacing, grinding, cutting and welding coils, trimming, manufacturing of factory bevels ), operational quality control of repairs using radiographic and ultrasonic methods.
