NPP “Ukrtruboizol” in the market of anti-corrosion insulation for more than 20 years. The company has established itself as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality products providing a long pipeline life of up to 50 years.

Our company was founded on August 27, 2000 in Dnepropetrovsk. The idea of the NPP Ukrtruboizol was to create an enterprise capable of providing high-quality anti-corrosion insulation of steel pipes. At that time in Ukraine no one was engaged in anti-corrosion coating based on extruded polyethylene, there were no domestic technologies in this area and the corresponding equipment.

Corrosion-resistant coating of steel pipes is necessary when laying an underground pipeline. Strong metal well resists pressure, friction and mechanical stress. Steel is protected from rust and fungus by covering the outer surface with polyethylene or other polymeric materials. This is the main criterion when choosing our anti-corrosion insulation.

Steel pipes. Longitudinal electric-welded steel pipes with a diameter of 426 to 1422 mm, a wall thickness of 6 to 24 mm and a length of up to 12 meters from steel of up to K60 strength class.
Highly reinforced insulation of steel pipes - a wide range of coatings for long-term (up to 50 years) protection of pipes: external anti-corrosion (2-layer and 3-layer based on extruded polyethylene and polypropylene); internal (smooth and anti-corrosion, epoxy and polyurethane);
Heat-shrinkable materials (heat-shrink sleeves and heat-shrinkable tapes for quick and reliable pipe repair in stationary factory and field (route) conditions);
Renovation of steel pipes - restoration of used steel pipes, which makes it possible to increase the period of trouble-free operation of pipelines assembled from restored pipes by 35-50 years;
Hydrotesting - hydraulic pressure testing of pipelines for large diameter pipes (530 - 1420 mm) according to DSTU GOST 3845: 2019 (GOST 3845-2017, IDT) with the issuance of a certified test report.
